Safezone mobile application is an informational platform that showcases our hardware products and allows users to submit enquiries.

The app does not facilitate direct purchases, online payments, or order placements.


1. No In-App Transactions

Safezone does not process payments, orders, or transactions within the app.

Any product purchase is handled separately through direct communication with our team and is subject to mutually agreed commercial terms.


2. Order Cancellation

Since orders are not placed within the app, cancellation policies apply only to confirmed orders processed through offline communication with Safezone.

Customers who have received a formal quotation or invoice should contact us directly to request cancellation.

Approval of cancellation depends on order status and product type.


3. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or returns are applicable only to confirmed and invoiced purchases made through direct communication with Safezone.

Return eligibility may include:

  • Damaged or defective goods

  • Incorrect items delivered

Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe from delivery.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse
